A quadplex, under contract
On October 23, 2026, we signed a contract on this quadplex apartment building. Once we close, it becomes the Simons-Craft Student Housing Complex, a place for incoming students to live while they train to preach the gospel.
We have until January 21, 2027 to raise the funds. Your gift, your prayers and your help spreading the word can make the difference.
We live in a broken world. The answer is the gospel.
The angry are told that violence is a legitimate answer. Religious leaders teach that one religion is as good as another. Many churchgoers are lukewarm and look very much like the world. Many seem to have abandoned biblical love altogether.
The answer is not political. The answer is the gospel of Christ.
That is why we train men to preach it. We currently have 16 students, and 7 more are enrolled and ready to begin over the next 14 months. To train more preachers and soul winners, we need room to house them.
A contract is signed.
On October 23, 2026, we signed a contract on a quadplex apartment building. We now have 90 days to raise the funds and close, with a target of January 21, 2027.
Every gift helps give a student a place to call home while he trains.
Wesley Simons & Eddy Craft
We are raising these funds in their honor, and the building will carry both of their names.
